Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain an organized front desk area and lobby space
- Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
Work is performed at various properties with the potential exposure to environmental conditions, inclement weather, unpredictable crisis situations, and possible combative individuals. This position requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time, potentially strenuous physical activities; possibly requiring lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 50 lbs.; patrolling parking lots, scanning for damaged property, while documenting activities that occur while on duty, and securing the property to deter criminal activity. All Full-Time employees will be offered Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance along with Supplementary Insurance through Aflac at 90-days of employment. Paid Time Off (PTO) will also be offered after 1 year of employment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities
Ability to provide exceptional customer support in a professional manner
Experience in calendar management is a plus
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Applicants must have good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment, and enforcement procedures.
Applicant must have the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally & in writing, with staff, clients, and the general public; ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures; ability to perform duties in a professional manner & appearance; ability to write & investigate required reports; ability to make independent and intelligent judgement decisions within proper policy & procedures, and the ability to maintain any valid licenses that may be required.
