Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team. This position works in-office coordinating client relationships and work in progress for investment clients. The ideal candidate will excel in their attention to detail, communication abilities, and their passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Experience in the wealth management industry is a must.
Responsibilities:
1. Support team associates and wealth advisors to ensure tasks are performed timely and efficiently.
2. Update CRM software daily; update activities and workflows to ensure all inquiries and tasks are addressed and/or completed within 24 hours.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
4. Keep team current of obstacles which may be a barrier in accomplishing tasks.
5. maintain confidentiality in a areas of work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related wealth management industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Redtail or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial services industry trends and regulations is a plus.
