Starting wage at $20.18 with additional $2.00 second shift differential
Shifts available: Monday- Friday 5am-3pm and 3pm-1am

- Operate stacker jack to load lift tables with proper cheese.
- Open and inspect cheese before loading on conveyor. Failure to properly remove all wrapper will result in substantial down time, rework and is a major concern for customer complaints.
- Keep conveyor loaded with cheese. Expect to process up to 70,000 pounds per shift.
- Shut down the line and notify the Lead person or Supervisor when any ingredient cheeses are in question.
- Follow the production lists to ensure the correct cheese blends.
- Keep area neat and clean for a safe working environment.
- Assist machine operators with Changeovers, Head changes and Harp changes.
- Tear down and blow down all machines for both dry and wet washes.
- Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. Inform QA personnel of any quality issues.
- Follow all safety requirements and wear proper PPE
- Follow and understand LO/TO procedures for all equipment during changeovers.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Operate or assist in operation of de-boxing machine and conveyor system during 40# processing.
- Remove corrugation and plastic wrappers from opening room.
- Partition blocks for blends when needed.
- Mix anti-cake blends when needed.

- HS Diploma, or GED preferred.

- Knows the different types of cheese to be handled.
- Walk behind jack
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
