As General Manager, it will be your responsibility to hire smart, manage crew schedules for maximum efficiency, stay on top of all paperwork including inventory and ordering, food costs, the entire Profit and Loss statement, as well as lead the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability. Pizza is fun, and it will be your job to keep everything moving like a well-oiled machine, while creating a fun and customer-centric environment. Knowledge of restaurant management is a plus, and a record of success building a community business through Local Store Marketing as well as traditional methods of marketing is desirable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing, recruiting and training crew members while maintaining proper staffing levels
- Management of labor and food costs in addition to inventory control while complying with company policies and procedures
- Responsible for driving local store marketing
- Responsible for analyzing data reports and promoting quality and process improvement strategies
Qualifications:
- Two years successful restaurant leadership experience to include receipts reconciliation, payments review & financial reports analysis
- Proven ability to hire, train and develop team members
- Effective oral and written English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management skills.
- Must have ability to successfully complete food safety certification programs
