The Restaurant Manager will ensure compliance with the company standards in all areas of operation, including customer relations, safety, human relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability. The Retail Restaurant Manager will ensure that the highest quality food and services are delivered to each customer and lead their team by example.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate ordering and maintenance of inventory in accordance with financial goals.
- Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, training, scheduling, counseling and leading staff.
- Address and resolve employee and customer issues and concerns that arise.
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
- Immediately address and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Open and close the retail location, upholding cleanliness standards with the staff. Focus on setting the next shift up for success.
- Inventory management and maintenance with a focus on profit margins.
- Customer service focused, ensuring all employees provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate with BOH effectively and maintain a calm and peaceful work environment.
- Work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Provide direction, leadership and mentoring to all staff.
- Responsible for discipline of team members, including employee coaching and terminations.
- Ensure fast, accurate service, with positive and polite customer interactions.
- Be the face of the location: introduce the food and help customers navigate ordering.
- Conduct inventory and cash control procedures on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all staff stations, service areas, outdoor seating and tables are set for the shift and clean.
- Completion of daily, weekly and monthly operational, administrative and HR-related duties
- Ensures bank deposits are accounted for daily, including weekends and holidays
- Responsible for submitting bi-weekly payroll in a timely manner
- Orders supplies and equipment as needed and in accordance to company procedures
- Possess reliable transportation.
- Responsible for payroll labor control cost to meet the monthly goal.
- Responsible for ensuring employees take their breaks and lunches in a timely manner with adequate coverage.
- Responsible for replying to customer Yelp reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant industry, inclusive of P&L statements and cost management as well as creative ways to increase sales.
- Hands on personality with great communication skills
- Natural leader, committed to making every visit an experience for our customers.
- Proven track record of effectively and empathetically training, mentoring, and managing hourly employees.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office as well as POS and cash handling
- 3+ years casual dining management experience
- Set high standards and effectively lead your team by this example.
PHYSICAL
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $45,799.78 - $55,156.72 per year
