We are seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at our new location in Moorcroft WY. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize revenue
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest services
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Handle phone inquiries and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Support revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
Skills:
Required Skills:
- Experience in hotel management or related field a plus but will train.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management within a hospitality setting
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a management position.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with revenue management practices in the hospitality industry
