This role is pivotal in achieving the sales objectives of our agency or specialized department, contributing to both short-term and long-term growth targets set by our agents. The primary responsibilities include generating new business, identifying cross-selling opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client retention, and achieving profit goals.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Actively seek and secure new business opportunities for the specialized department.
- Collaborate with the agent or operations manager to determine optimal coverage solutions for clients.
- Assess and rate new accounts during the underwriting process.
- Stay informed about new products and industry initiatives, actively pursuing personal and professional development.
- Proactively gather expiration dates from potential clients and prospects.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet production requirements and goals established by the agent or agency manager.
- Maintain comprehensive monthly sales records and share them with the agent or operations manager for evaluation.
*Skills and Qualities*
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: $58,159.87 - $68,386.07 per year
