The Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator is a role that supports two crucial functions at SLR: The daily operations and responsibilities of our Marketing & Sales team, and the administrative needs of our company’s President & CEO. Ideal candidates are adaptable, self-motivated and see this role as an opportunity to support the inner workings of a growing company while learning about marketing and sales strategies and processes.
The role is based out of our Home Office in Braintree, MA, with some travel required throughout the Northeast.
Marketing/Sales Support:
- Assist with Media & Advertising Buying
- Answer Marketing/Sales calls, emails and inquiries
- Assist with Marketing & Tech team expenses, ensuring timely submission of vendor/media invoices
- Content Publishing, for community websites and marketing needs as well as family & associate communication
- Coordinate the maintenance and optimization of our project management software system, and assist team members with training and best practices
- Marketing Office Administrative duties as assigned, including scheduling meetings and trainings, preparing agendas, creating presentations and reports, and assisting with the development of marketing and sales related tools
Executive Assistant & Home Office Support:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries
- Assist in preparing and organizing materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Conduct research and compile data on various topics as requested by the CEO
- Assist in managing projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Perform other duties, administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support the CEO and executive team
Annual salary starting at $50K

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience in front-facing customer service, a plus

- Team player with a friendly and engaging style and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with a wide range of people, including Home Office and Community staff, Investors, Media Representatives, Vendors and the greater community
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, thrive in a fast-pace setting and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy
