Job Overview:
To oversee the function of the Sales Department, providing continuous support to the team and administration. Performs a range of basic office support activities for the Sales Department, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and word processing work, as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates critical show information with respective team members.
- Maintain Show Schedule and Job Orders.
- Open Shows and enter data in e-commerce Software. Enter information in sales CRM.
- Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position: draft basic correspondence, enter data, print information, create files and labels, calendar deadlines and follow ups.
- Oversee day-to-day operation of copy machine, maintain and order sales department office supplies and sales collateral.
- Establish, maintain, process, and/or update files, records, and/or other documents.
- Perform specialized services of a routine clerical/administrative nature in strict accordance with established procedural guidelines.
- Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences.
- May run various routine errands, as required, for the company.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, to support the Sales Department, as assigned.

- The position requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and must be able to perform each essential duty up to company/industry standards.
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments with follow ups/reminders.
- Ability to prepare, process and enter data in Microsoft Office, CRM software and other software.
- Ability to understand and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
- Calendar management: 2 years (Preferred)
