Cornerstone Behavioral Health & Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full or part-time Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Cornerstone is a local, therapist-owned and operated, pediatric center with locations in Edmond and Midwest City. Our team of occupational therapists, COTAs, speech pathologists, psychologists, BCBAs, and support staff share a common mission, which is to provide individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care to the children and families that we serve.
OTRs and COTAs work with toddlers through teens presenting with various neurodevelopmental delays and diagnoses. Therapeutic targets often include fine and gross motor skills, social interest and interaction, emotion, and sensory regulation, as well as selective feeding/picky eating.
At Cornerstone we believe that for our staff to remain effective, they must feel supported and enjoy the environment they work within. We work diligently to develop and maintain a positive, supportive, and fun work culture. We also remain steadfast in our focus on quality over quantity, which is why we offer manageable caseloads individually tailored to our therapists’ unique goals.
