Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in early childhood development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning experience
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior
Experience:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles
- Ability to educate using various methods tailored to individual student needs
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures
- Background in early intervention, literacy education, special education, or related fields is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
