We are looking for Licensed Electricians to join our team.
Seeking licensed journeyman electricians. Company will train and provide excellent pay and full medical benefits for journeymen and their families. Job requires travel around the state of Idaho and Eastern WA and our electricians will be provided a company vehicle, per diem and bonuses. Pay ranges between $38-$70 per hour ($38 starting wage, not including bonuses, around $70 including bonuses, depending on efficiency) based on experience with opportunities for advancement and the best bonus program in the Treasure Valley. Must be a team player, willing to adapt in a growing company and must be willing to travel.
Our Electricians are responsible for the electrical portion of our residential solar and battery storage installations. In addition to the skills and experience outlined below, we are looking for a team player with the ability to learn and follow our state-of-the-art processes.

Duties:
Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices required for the installation of residential solar PV systems
- Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect our solar systems to the grid
- Ensure electrical work performed by your team’s electricians is flawless workmanship and compliant with the current National Electrical Code as well as other relevant local codes
- Act as on-site supervisor for electrical teams and provide regular reports of team activities to electrical managers
- Troubleshoot system problems and resolving electrical issues
- Work with local inspectors to meet and satisfy local requirements and expectations
- Train, mentor and develop apprentices
- Test electrical systems (electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures) to ensure compatibility and safety of systems
- Have an eagerness to learn and self-initiative to explore the solar industry
- Install electrical equipment and wiring for premium solar and storage systems
- Utilize hand and power tools to install or replace wiring equipment and fixtures
- Test and commission electrical systems to ensure compatibility and safety of solar systems to meet company standards, national electrical codes, jurisdictional, and utility regulations
- Work on rooftops and in other necessary areas of the customer’s home or business to complete solar installation
- Manage crew in an effort to achieve maximum efficiency and assist with problem solving
- Maintain relevant knowledge of all products installed from solar to electrical
- Ensure crew is executing all safety measures at all times
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders, bend conduit, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Tolerance of heights and being outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience installing/stringing electrical cable or wiring, electrical apparatus, or as a journeyman or electrical technician
- Must take pride and ownership of your workmanship
- Excel working independently, in a team setting, and communicating
- Familiarity with OSHA-10 protocols
- Must have a valid ID Driver's License and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (no DUIs in the last 7 years)
- Idaho (ID) Journeyman Electrician license
