Hill Landscape Solutions is a landscape company based in Dallas, TX that consists of a small well connected team that focuses on greenscape design and landscape management. We are looking to expand our team to help build on our client list across DFW.
At Hill Landscape Solutions we are looking to hire a business development representative. Commission pay with the potential of bonuses based on job performance and the scale of jobs acquired.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the ability to find and the completion of landscape bids. Primary responsibilities include marketing Hill Landscape Solutions, interpreting specifications, and potential and or existing client communication. The key goal is to secure landscape jobs for the company. Also communicating project specifics to team members. We want this person to be solely focused on securing jobs and not have to worry about any administrative items that come with other traditional roles.
- Locating jobs
- Marketing the business
- Customer communication
- Meeting quotas of jobs based on job price and quantity of jobs
- Cold calling owners to secure jobs
- Door knocking on houses and apartment complexes to secure jobs
Requirements:
- Must have own transportation
- Must be in the DFW area with willingness to travel to Dallas frequently (almost daily)
- 1-2 years of experience in landscaping in either a business development and or labor type role
Compensation:
- Commission based off of total jobs won
- Negotiable depending on experience
- Ability to become salary depending on performance
- Lunches
- Gas stipend

Pay: $400.00 - $1,200.00 per week
