Job Summary
As a Consulting Arborist you will focus on developing, growing and supporting CM Tree Service & Removal LLC to serve existing and new customers. This role will involve spending time with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, as well as estimating jobs and providing work orders to the crew once work has been accepted by the customer. You will be the direct link between the property owner and our field staff. You will become an integral part of the health and safety of the property. You’ll set up crews, validate the work is being performed, and ensure jobs are completed to clients' satisfaction, as well as obtain referrals, network, and develop new business. You will be working with clients to determine the best course of treatment for their trees and landscape.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans and strategies to help grow the business
- Provide technical advice and guidance to customers
- Assist in developing bid requests, proposals, and estimates
- Document customer notes, contacts and treatment activities
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience in arboriculture or horticulture is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop business opportunities
- Proficiency in SingleOps or other CRM software

- Have hands-on experience, is detail oriented, enjoys technical challenges, and spending time with others.
- ISA Certified Arborist (obtain within 12 months of hire)
- Knowledge of tree care industry and arboriculture practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
