The Loan Servicing Manager will manage the Loan Servicing Department and all functions within the Loan Servicing group. This includes overseeing all loan servicing processes such as payment and advanced/draw processing, bookkeeping and funding of new loans, board reports, participation loan transactions, payoff requests, billing and general core system maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee department personnel and ensure staff is trained on the daily commercial loan system and general ledger input to ensure commercial loan system integrity.
- Supervise and oversee the timeliness, accurateness, and completion of all assignments.
- Assure timely and accurate reporting of Loan Servicing production to include trouble shooting and rebuilding accounts. Work with Special Assets to monitor and handle loans in bankruptcy pending litigation and report to Senior Management.
- Approve and provide guidance on daily matters, such as, Loan Boarding, Modifications, transaction processing and processing and personnel decisions, etc.
- Review resolution of consumer complaints and ensure excellent customer service to loan customers.
- Work with Department Manager to ensure systems and processes are in place, updated and followed.
- Design and develop processes and procedures for the Loan Servicing Department.
- Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly department reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial loan operations - specializing in loan servicing.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $79,714 to $119,571. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
