Sales Representative/Recruiter

We are looking for Sales Representatives/Recruiters that can make outbound calls to help us recruit Loan Officers and Branch Managers to our company. This role does not require mortgage industry experience (we will train you), but it does require that you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people, as this will be the majority of your day to day.
Responsibilities
· Execute cold calling strategies to Mortgage Loan Officers and Branch Managers, initiating the sales process and setting appointments by making 100+ calls per day.
· Manage and schedule appointments for the management team, ensuring efficient time management and follow-up on potential leads.
· Utilize SMS and email marketing in addition to calling, to maintain engagement with prospects, providing updates and information on our services.
· Ensure effective communication and response to inquiries, presenting our value proposition to potential leads.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, including data entry, lead tracking, and follow-up activities.
· Continuously update our lead contact database to ensure information is current and actionable.
· Hold discussions with candidates regarding positions that we have available, communicating our values, opportunities, and details about our company in a concise and effective manner, helping candidates to decide whether we are a good fit for each other.

Requirements:
· Fluent in English with clear and effective communication skills.
· Equipped with a reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, and a stable internet connection.
· Strong persuasive communication skills and exceptional sales and/or recruiting abilities.
Ideal Candidate:
· At least 1 year of experience in a telemarketing or cold calling role, with a preference for backgrounds in real estate or the mortgage industry.
· Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organizational skills.
· A motivated self-starter, you are driven by targets and possess a competitive spirit.

Location: This is a fully REMOTE position.
Compensation:
· 1099- Commissions only
· We pay a commission of $5000 per recruit that we hire from your efforts.
· A full-time candidate would be expected to hire 2-4 people per month and make $10,000-$20,000 per month in commissions.
