Job Title: Marketing & Sales Administration Associate
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reports to: Shauna Parker, Senior Vice President, International Sales
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· M&S Admin:
o Support marketing and sales teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, scheduling meetings, organizing events/catering.
o Support commercial team & customers in regulatory documentation processing
o Reviews, schedules and assigns training requirements to new and existing marketing & sales professionals
o Process quarterly incentive plans for commercial team
o Collect supporting data and materials for executive presentations
o Organizing site wide events, including team building events, parties, all staff meetings, etc.
o Assist site leadership & human resources with document filing, AP data entry, recruiting activities, onboarding support, benefits administration etc.
o General office duties including mail collection, maintaining shared office spaces (lobby, conference rooms), organizing and ordering office supplies.
· Commercial:
o Manage sales operations of the online retail shop, updating pricing, reviewing trends, arranging shipments, distributing packages
· Marketing:
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth on specifically assigned projects
o Manage social media calendar for specific product lines in the SSID portfolio
o Assist in tradeshow preparations, organizing travel, collateral printing and prep, giveaways, scheduling pre tradeshow meetings and after the show debriefs
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
· Other tasks may be assigned

Job Context
When on site, CTK Biotech, Inc maintains a climate-controlled environment for the job Marketing & Sales Administration Associate. A typical workweek is Monday through Friday, however, the workweek may fluctuate based on the needs of the clients, partners, and tasks.Overtime is occasionally necessary with or without advance notice. Marketing & Sales Administration Associate may be required to travel to sales/training meetings, tradeshows/conferences, or to external suppliers and vendors as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
· 2+ years in a business admin or marketing role, experience in medical devices a plus
· Bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, education in the sciences and particular interest in biology, human physiology a plus
· Microsoft office suite proficient
· Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced professional business environment
· Customer service experience is preferred
Compensation: $45-55K ($22-26/hour) depending on experience
