We are in search of an energetic & ambitious team player to be a Territory Product Sales Specialist.
The candidate is responsible for:
- Strategically managing a geographical territory
- Achieving or exceeding assigned targets
- Focus on driving sales growth
- Building and delivering a commercially focused lead and opportunity pipeline, according to our sales process.

The daily position entails:
- Prospecting new clients
- Site visits for measurements
- Meeting with residential and commercial customers
- Answering & Responding to questions on the phone or via email
Every day is filled with different activities, meeting new people and new experiences.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage a sales pipeline to create growth and maximize revenue opportunities. Routinely analyze pipeline coverage percentage and target, hit rate, and pipeline deal profile to ensure that pipeline supports achievement of goals.
- Adhere to established pipeline management processes and make strategic adjustments to pipeline as needed.
- Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the market.
- Generate a high volume of sales activity including prospecting, sales calls, proposal generation, presentations, and negotiations
- Understand the buyer process for each account and ensure regular personal contact with all key customer stakeholders (for example, Architects, General Contractors, Glass Companies, Property Managers, Owners, and etc).
- Deliver proposals and presentations to customers that include creative solutions to customer problems, effective benefit selling statements, economic solutions, and skillful demonstration of products.
- Continually move the customer forward through the Solar Tint Sales Process to secure commitment to buying the product. Artfully address customer objections and effectively negotiate with the customer through the use of facts and data.
- Fully utilize CRM/estimation system to record and update customer information, share product details, prepare quotes, update sales stages, maintain an accurate forecast and close deals.
- Provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership, including monthly forecasting.
