Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates and quotes for automotive services
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair, suspension, tire service, automotive sales, automotive service, oil changes, shocks/struts, alignment, service technician, and automotive diagnostics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and invoicing

Pay: $71,935.00 - $76,887.00 per year
