Responsibilities: - Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance - Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Document production data and maintain accurate records Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams - Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods of time Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Starting pay is $25.15/ hour. Opportunity for multiple pay raises in the first year. Make up to $32.59/hour + shift adder by the end of the first year. All Sunday shifts are paid a double-time rate.
