Responsibilities: 1. Drive client pipeline through sales growth in key strategic areas within MedTech – Key areas to MedTech Electronic and Embedded Systems, Connected Devices and Engineering. Lead and assist in establishing client as strategic partner in Medical Device engineering and development, including all key areas of Connected Devices, AI & GenAI, Embedded Systems, Regulatory and Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations and Time-to-Market.2. Engage with clientMedTech Leaders in strategy definition and planning.3. Lead Engineering AI services sales to MedTech Industries as part of Lifesciences & Healthcare group.4. Provide Industry Advisory to MedTech customers in AI solutions.5. Act as an orchestrator across client COE’s to identify best and most optimized team to work on client engagements—building team as revenue grows.6. Participate and represent client as a thought leader in roundtable and client discussions. Continually raising client Brand and Subject Matter Expertise (SME).7. Leads executive level client steering committee meetings; manage conflict resolution among various stakeholders/staff to successfully support change management initiatives.8. Drive discovery exercises within medical devices organizations (customers) to baseline current system challenges and future product needs, identify gaps, problems, concerns, develop roadmap to resolve such issues and execute comprehensive programs to implement the plan. Monitor post implementation.9. Where needed, in an owner or supporter role, RFP responses, drafts proposals, plans phased project execution, develops detailed project plans and manages program budgets and costs; fosters shared accountability for the results-based implementation plan.Qualifications: 1. Expertise in AI, GenAI and Product/System Architecture in multiple areas like Connected Devices, Robotics, Orthopedics, IVD Diagnostics, Regulatory, Quality etc.2. Experience in integrating AI into system design and integration, regulatory requirements of medical devices across functional areas (Manufacturing, Engineering, Lifecycle Mgt, Supply Chain Operations) Concept to Commercialization for >3 products; Portfolio Management3. Knowledge of Regulatory and Quality standards/frameworks in MedTech both Medical Devices and IVD – FDA, EU MDD, MDR/IVDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 623044. Knowledge of the end-to-end MedTech ecosystem and stakeholders; 5. Strong team building skills, strategy, and operations thinking, solution & result orientation, intercultural competence6. Knowledge of Digital Therapeutics(DTx), SaMD and other latest emerging trends that is impacting Medical Device industry7. Ability to travel 30-40%
