Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL PAINTING EXPERIENCE.
-MUST KNOW HOW TO USE PAINTING EQUIPMENT/MACHINES
- Must be great at following directions
-Must have a strong work ethic
- Keen attention to detail
-Must follow all OSHA Safety Requirements
-Must attend any and all OSHA safety training requirements
-Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
-Willingness to go above and beyond expectations, NO EXCUSES!
-Must be able to perform the duties of the job. This includes, but not limited to, standing, kneeling, reaching, carrying, for extended periods of time.

-Must have reliable transportation
-As a Painter/Laborer you must do the following:
Prepare Surfaces for painting
Apply Paint and coatings
Remove all trash and debris from site
Follow all safety protocols
Sand and Prime, where applicable
Apply paint and coatings using a variety of techniques, including brushing,
rolling, and spraying.
Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time
MUST SATISFY OUR CLIENTS OR THE JOB IS NOT COMPLETE.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working order
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned
