Job Overview:
The Program Manager will be an integral part of our leadership team, responsible for the operational success of our case management services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for community service and a proven track record in program management and development. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of case management, ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with our mission and values.
Duties:
- Guiding the strategic direction and operational execution of our case management services
- Inclusive Leadership & Management of case management team
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Grant Writing
- Build Strong Relationships with local community organizations, stakeholders, and funding bodies to augment service delivery and garner additional support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in non-profit or community-based organizations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of case management principles, practices, and systems.
- Commitment to the values of love, faith/healing, compassion, and community service.
- A demonstrated commitment to meeting a high bar and a history of getting things done even in the face of obstacles.
- Experience managing multiple projects and ability to oversee a cadre of staff, consultants, and volunteers.
- A Knowledge of trauma, ACEs and healing practices.
- Experience translating materials in “community language”.
- Models and inspires accountability.
- Have a passion for serving people.
