The Inside Sales Representative will be a crucial player in a dynamic sales cycle, proactively reaching out to potential customers, engaging with channel partners, nurturing leads, and collaborating closely with the operations team. The main goal is to set and achieve ambitious targets for customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and strong passion for the cannabis/hemp industry and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibits problem-solving, solid abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Shows capability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possesses a strategic vision and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce™ is advantageous.
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation skills is a valuable asset.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Technical-commercial experience in the cannabis, tobacco, or related industry preferred
- Strong business and sales acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and multi-tasking capability.
- Self-directed
- Must be a team player.
- Knowledge of US FDA and regulatory requirements
