Answer Incoming Calls:

Dispatch Towing Services:

Assess the situation and assign the appropriate towing vehicle and driver.

Provide drivers with accurate and detailed instructions, including directions, vehicle specifics, and any special requirements.
Route Drivers:

Plan and optimize routes for drivers to ensure timely and efficient service.

Monitor traffic and road conditions to provide real-time updates and rerouting instructions as needed.
Track and Ensure Completion of Calls:

Maintain communication with drivers to track the status of each call.

Confirm that towing services are completed successfully and customers are satisfied.

Address any issues or delays that may arise during the service process.
Release Impounded Vehicles:

Manage the process for releasing impounded vehicles to their owners.
