Description:
We are seeking a competent and friendly Receptionist to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at our front desk. The ideal candidate should have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, photocopying, and data entry).

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when dealing with issues that may arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably a bilingual candidate that speaks English and Spanish fluently.
Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 pm – Monday through Friday
