Pay: $21.63 an hour, equating to $45k annually

Job purpose
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining activities and experiences for Members and their Guests. In doing so, the Membership & Lifestyle Coordinator enriches the lives of Members through entertainment and lifestyle type offerings.
Duties and responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement resident programs, classes, instructors and special community-wide events. In planning, solicits input and involvement from residents to further stimulate participation.
- Organize and schedule weekly updates, monthly calendar of events.
- Develop and execute new ideas for Member/Guest events.
- Research and report on unique lifestyle events from competitive Clubs, other industries, and non-competitive out of market clubs.
- Marketing coordination of all Member/Guest events in all associated departments with the assistance Hampton Golf Marketing team
- Attending and taking photographs of Member/Guest events.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in order to execute each Member/Guest event flawlessly.
- Assist with the development and publication of the community newsletter and other lifestyle publications assigned.
- Manage Member relations and involvement, Member services inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Oversee membership payments, petty cash, and provide daily bank deposits.
- Collects and audits vendor invoices, post all payables and process invoices for final payment in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Assists with processing of estoppels letter, certificates of approval and architectural review applications.
- Assists with all Lifestyles and Events as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- FL Notary License.
- Two or more years of administrative support and/or office experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Good organizational and verbal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite of Products and other Marketing software.
