Job Description:

Serves clients by accurately diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices all while maintaining a client-friendly presence focus on complete client satisfaction.

Soldering, computer, and console experience a plus, but not required.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair troubled devices.

Provide recommendations for problem resolution.

Explain complex technical issues to clients in a non-technical, simple-to-understand manner.

Provide repair and replacement estimates to clients.

Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix/Asurion quality standards

Greet clients in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.

Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.

Ensure that clients have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

Be knowledgeable of the accessory inventory and sales techniques and be able to provide accessory recommendations.

Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.

Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and the real-time status of each repair.

Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store and work-stations.
Basic Qualifications:

Outstanding customer service skills.

Exceptional organizational and cleanliness skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Work well in a team environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.

High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:

A+ Certification.
-
Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).

Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles.

Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.

Previous experience working at retail electronics or cell phone carrier store
Our active staff adds between $3 to $8 extra per hour through commissions and tips. In addition, we offer a shared cost comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance plan.
