WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Wrightstown, N.J.

Position Overview:
A Warehouse Worker is responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner. We are looking for Warehouse Associates who are enthusiastic, and ambitious team players. Qualified candidates who are motivated self-starters with good judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and documenting merchandise for stock.
- Loading and offloading of trucks.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment such as a forklift.
- Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
- Basic computer skills will train in the proper use of software and RF scan guns.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed
- Ensure product is safely stored to prevent internal damage and properly located for order pulls, physical counts, and inventory control.
- Maintain working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
- Enforce warehouse rules, keeping warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time, without stress or strain.
- Flexibility with schedule to ensure daily warehouse duties are completed before end of the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operates forklift as needed, we provide internal training for all warehouse employees.
- Product knowledge with plumbing materials is highly desired.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both, written and verbally.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as the ability to lift 50-75 pounds. While mainly standard hours are scheduled for this position, 7AM-5PM, Mon-Fri. Flexibility at times is required to ensure all orders and job duties are completed by the end of the shift. Saturday rotation of staff is required.
