Qualifications
- Home health, 2 years (Preferred)
- Marketing or sales, 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outreach programs to establish community connections
- Conduct regular visits with primary referral sources
- Maintain strong relationships with current clientele while building new business opportunities
- Meet assigned territory, agency revenue and census goals
- Collaborate with agency staff to insure seamless start of new business initiatives
- Implement, monitor, and modify territory sales plan to optimize results
- Coordinate with administrative and clinical staff to ensure continuity of agency best practices in marketing and customer service.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Experience in home health, hospice, or nursing homes.
- Consultative, problem-solving sales skills
- Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience generating new business opportunities
- Knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations (preferred)
- High-energy, team-oriented work ethic.
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office
- Good driving record and current automobile insurance
- Bilingual a plus, but not required.
