Bookkeeper/Office Manager
We are a small, family-owned Generator company with an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
Pay Scale: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays & Vacation, Retirement Plan
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Duties:

Accurate and timely financial reporting

Maintaining efficient internal controls, adhering to accounting and other company policies and procedures

Collections of receivables and ensuring payables are paid within terms

Directing and coordinating office services and related activities

Processing new hire paperwork, payroll, and maintaining employee files
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years in accounting with progressively increasing responsibility or general accounting experience

2+ years of HR and Office Management experience

Ability to multi-task
