Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers plus the desire and ability to provide sales in an automotive repair field (training will be provided). This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions and upsell products or services
- Sales ability, specifically in the field of automotive repair.
Skills:
- Proficient in English; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Understanding of automotive technology and parts associated with vehicle repair
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Capability to upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
