Job Summary:
Social Media Strategist
We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling social media content for our clients and engaging with their audiences. You will serve as the Social Media Strategist for several accounts across a variety of platforms. Beginning with conceptualizing campaign strategies, posting, and engaging. You will work closely with our team of Designers, Chief Creative Officer, and Account Managers to ensure that our clients' social media presences are strong and aligned with their brands.

What you’ll do
- Responsible for planning and executing social media strategy
- Tracking and analyzing campaign analytics while managing budgets
- Creating and fostering a community on social platforms
- Managing several accounts and monitoring engagement
- Working closely with our design team to execute campaign visuals and scheduling accordingly
- Create and monitor social media calendar
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience transforming social media into a strategic, brand and revenue-generating channel
- Consistently on the pulse with new trends, features, competitive insights, and in general, have an intuitive grasp of what's most engaging to target audience on a channel
- The ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
- Ability to identify what is working and new ways to achieve goals
- Proven success using social media marketing strategy in the context of business goals and consumer needs
- A self-starter who is able to balance many tasks from multiple departments
- Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to online customers
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- A proactive, can-do/problem-solving attitude a must
- Meta-Certified (preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
