Title: Title Clerk
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for title processing, billing sales, accounts receivable, and ensuring the accuracy of all legal documents related to vehicle titles. The ideal candidate will have a natural abillity to communicate well, punctuality, strong background in customer service. We are a locally owned small business that operates in a comfortable, friendly enviornment. Successful past employees have come from a variety of backgrounds so experience in not required. BILINGUAL applicants are strongly desired!
Employees must be willing to work full time from 9am until 6pm as well as Saturdays - we are closed every Sunday.
Duties:
- Process and review automotive titles to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Answer phones and accept payments as well as contacting delinquent customers
- Assist customers with title-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate with customers
- Maintain organized records of title documents and transactions
Experience:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 43 per week
