Customer Relations Specialist is a skilled and goal-oriented position which takes ownership of their home office’s goals and growth through building and maintaining customer relationships. In this position, you will serve as a leader, responsible alongside office peers for the success, performance, and strategies of the business. You will communicate with customers daily via email, phone, and in-person visits. Local travel is required.
This is a hybrid position: Sales 30% Operations 70%
Duties and Responsibilities

Will be trained on all Staffing Specialist duties and is expected to be proficient.

Create and maintain relationships with all current and prospect Customers, ensuring the Branch is properly supplied with orders. Ensure orders are filled in a timely manner.

Ensure branch has diverse customer base through sales, cultivating current customer relationships, and re-activing inactive customers.

Develop market to move branch toward goals and overall growth.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Ensures a professional office appearance and the safety of all employees, applicants, and visitors.

Responsible for the after-hours telephone, addressing callers and sharing information with the appropriate staff, client, or employees.

Meets with customers, managers, and staff to solve problems, ascertain specific needs, and determine essential job function requirements.

Reporting requirements: Customer check in report – Weekly.

May travel to other branches to assist, as needed.
Customer Relations Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

Some college preferred
-
2-5+ years of relevant experience as managing or sales director or related title in the industry

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Familiar with management best practices

Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
