We are looking for top-tier Senior SAP Time Lead, who is responsible for all activities as related to SAP Time system implementations. You will work closely with HR and Business Partners in the U.S. plus other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of Payroll – primarily for US and if needed for various other countries as applicable.
THIS IS A CONTRACT - CONSULTING POSITION.
CORE/KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Assist with tasks such as: system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training
- Perform project tasks independently and lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
- Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
- Must understand how SAP Time translates into Payroll

- Proficient (intermediate level) in Excel, Word, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality

- Self-starter with proven time management skills and ability to prioritize in a high-volume position
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles (e.g., debits/credits) as they relate to payroll
- Willingness to flex hours as needed, based on volume of work throughout the week
- Experience working within a matrix organization or consultancy firm
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel (Advanced Excel skills - VLOOKUP's and simple formulas)
