JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative/ Scheduler
EMPLOYER: Delden Manufacturing

REPORTS TO: Branch Manager / Assistant Manager
SUMMARY: Calls to schedule Customer and Builder installs and service. Works hand and hand with the sales team and inventory manager to insure a seamless customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call customers and builders to schedule install and service
- Distributes daily work to installers and/or service techs
- Make a production schedule for the shop to get product ready for the next day.
- Help with phone calls
- Verify all work has been completed on scheduled jobs before paperwork is given to billing
- Reviews installers and service techs daily time to insure the are charging us correctly for all labor preformed
- Performs other related duties assigned by Management team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No prior experience or training required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic skills required: communication, problem solving, teamwork, time management, decision-making, organization, customer service, and learning skills.
- Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
