Description
Manage data analytics software products through all life cycle phases, including content development, analysis, design, testing, and integration of products as well as the introduction of products to the stakeholders. Develop a business capability roadmap for what business outcomes digital products will deliver. Manage the product roadmap and ensure these business outcomes are aligned with the strategic roadmap and vision. Work with technical teams to set priorities for the product release and enhancement to lead products through launch and enhancements. Develop and nurture business relationships by developing an understanding of the customer’s analytical needs and matching those needs with existing or future software products and solutions. Write detailed business and functional requirements documents and user flows to support product requirements. Apply working knowledge of data mapping, systems integration techniques and an overall understanding of database design/data modeling. Have a full understanding of the product offerings and develop marketing materials related to those offerings. Facilitate access and training related to the product offerings and promote adoption across customer groups and the UCLA Health self-service analytics community. Provide training and coaching to other members of the product management team. Assist leadership with strategic planning related to the product roadmap and strategies related to customer engagement and outreach. Support resolution of end-user issues related to SAP Webi, Tableau, MS Power BI and other enterprise-approved analytical solutions functionality, performance and best practices.
