Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Training and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and overall job satisfaction. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the talent development strategy of our organization and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Design and Implementation: Develop and execute employee development strategies, including orientation programs, skills training, leadership development, and career advancement initiatives.
2. Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across departments and levels of the organization.
3. Curriculum Development: Design and customize training materials, workshops, and resources to address identified needs and support employee growth.
4. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, leveraging both internal resources and external experts as needed.
5. Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of employee development programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Oversee the deployment and administration of a LMS, including content management, user support, and reporting.
7. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting participation in training programs and providing ongoing support and encouragement.
8. Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including organizational design, change management, and succession planning
9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the employee development budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and in alignment with organizational priorities.
10. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and other stakeholders to align employee development initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
11. Compliance: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to employee development, ensuring programs are compliant and up to date.
12. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
