Job Overview: Warehouse Associate is a member of T&K Electric’s Procurement & Services department, reporting to the designated Supervisor. The objective of the Warehouse Associate is to assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities ensuring procurement and staging are completed on-schedule, on-budget, and on-plan for all solar projects in Arizona and ensuring the warehouse is always clean, safe and upheld to standards set forth by Supervisor. A successful Warehouse Associate is self-motivated, accurate, honest, punctual, organized, diligent, compliant, 100% accountable, and always seeking new ways to improve project implementation.
Job Duties: Warehouse Associate typical daily job duties will include, but are not limited to, the following list. Supervisor may request Warehouse Associate to perform other job-related duties from time-to-time.
1. Perform duties in warehouse necessary for day-to-day activities to be conducted in a safe, clean and timely manner by T&K Electric’s employees;
2. Organize, package and ship excess materials back to suppliers and vendors;
3. Assist with the procurement of materials for installations and ensure project materials are scheduled for on-time delivery;
4. Receive project materials, check receivers against POs, mark and resolve issues, submit to PM;
5. Confirm material and install readiness, brief Installation Coordinator as needed;
6. Load materials and tools on install trucks day before installation, confirm readiness for
installation;
7. Gather and pack for return to Distribution any unused materials;

Job Qualifications: Employee for this job must possess or acquire within 90 days of assignment to this job the following attributes:
1. Certification of successful completion of required technical and on-the-job training;
2. Satisfactory criminal and credit checks; and verification of right to work in U.S.; and
3. Bonus if you are forklift certified!
