JOB SUMMARY
Deliver programs and events directly to the public; open and close facilities; assist with planning, gathering and organizing supplies/equipment, set-up, assigning duties and take down for programs and events; perform cursory cleanup of facility as needed; follow all City and Center policies and procedures; responsible for the care and safety of participants.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in public program/event delivery and staff supervision

Experience in working with children

Cash handling

Excellent communication skills
Ability to obtain relevant certifications in time period designated by supervisor
Education and Experience:

Minimum age of 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
Special Requirements:

Possession of a valid class "C" Texas driver's license
- Ability to obtain relevant certifications
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is medium and requires the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
