A lead maintenance technician Is someone who runs field operations on a day-to-day basis. This position requires you to manage a group of 11 residential swimming pool maintenance technicians. You will be required to hold daily meetings to communicate effective standards practices, and procedures within the company. You will be responsible for chemical inventory as well as maintenance operation inventory. This position also requires interviews, hiring, firing, and enforcing disciplinary action for violation of Company, standards and practices. You will also be responsible for training new technicians to ensure they're prepared for success before working by themselves. This is role needs to have great leadership skills, communication skills, and an organized mind.
Daily job tasks include the following…
-Daily Meetings with Technicians to review expectations/company standards and
-Chemicals/Maintenance Inventory Management
-Organization and Time Managment
-Perform Maintenance Audits
-Hiring/Firing/ Enforcing HR policy and company standards
-Training/Coaching Technicians to meet company standards and practices.
-Green2Cleans/One Time Cleans/ Maintenance Bids -Fleet Managment
2.) Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications
-CPO License (Not Required)
-Valid Texas Driver’s License (Required)
- MUST BE 21 Years of Age or Older. (Required)
-NO FELONIES (Required)
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
-MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

-Must be willing to work outside in extreme temperatures (Required)
-1 Year of Pool Maintenance (REQUIRED)
-Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted (Required)
-Organization and time management (Required)
-Customer Service Experience (2 Years) *Required
-Must be willing to clean pools if needed.
-Must be willing to talk in front of people *REQUIRED
