We are looking for a Special Project Junior Mechanic, who is looking for an exciting career with an industry leader that’s been in the business since 1929.
In this role, the Special Project Junior Mechanic will be working with numerous HVAC system parts and mechanisms, building strong customer relationships, and assisting with the installation of the ductwork, piping, and equipment for the job.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE JOB:
- Performing various HVAC install related jobs on our commercial sites, utilizing both residential and commercial type equipment.
- Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines including brazing and soldering.
Knowledge of duct system installations from equipment rough into GRDs.
- Capable of looking ahead while working on installations with other team members.
- Work well as a team member.
- Reliable transportation.
- Continuously represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Preferably three or more years of experience specific to the Commercial & Residential HVAC industry.
- EPA/OSHA certifications beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform basic trade related math calculations for proper installation of equipment.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand equipment installation and operation manuals, specification and submittal sheets.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift heavy objects.
- General understanding of safety practices and guidelines.
- Must be able to work with hand, power tools and the ability to work at different heights including roofs, utilizing ladders of different types.
- Basic understanding of installation, and functions of HVAC systems.
