Alliance Group is seeking full-time, experienced Controls Technicians in North Clarendon, VT to join our growing Building Automation/Controls team.
This is a field-based position that is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation systems, energy management, network communications, and more.

Salary:
Starting Salary Range: $26/hr – pay is negotiable based on experience.

Job Summary:
The Controls Technician will be responsible for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various building automation systems. This individual will need to build and maintain strong customer relationships while demonstrating effective technical resolution for both new and existing installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair wiring, hardware, and software
- Create, load, test, and tune system databases
- Install, replace, and recommission control system devices, equipment, and software
- Provide on-site training to customers
- Create and maintain accurate test records and other documentation

Experience:
2+ years of building automation experience (required)
OR
2+ years of HVAC or electrical experience (preferred)
License/Certification:
Valid Driver’s License required
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable):
Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
