We are currently looking for a full-time EXPERIENCED, Property Manager for a special needs, homeless, affordable housing community located in South Central LA

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and wearing multiple hats, all while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
We are looking for applicants with the following experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Affordable Housing Property Management
- Experience with TAX-Credit Housing compliance
- Experience working with HACLA & Project Based Vouchers
- Experience with Supportive Housing a plus
- Experience working with Urban Futures a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills are a MUST
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
- A friendly, outgoing personality
- The ability to interact with a variety of personality types
- Flexibility and ability to identify problems and offer solutions
- Collaborate with Resident Services Provider to ensure residents are getting the support they need to be successful
Daily Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Interface with Residents – Communicate often and effectively with residents
- Annual Recertification's
- Applications and Move-In’s
- Waiting list Management
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Completing Service Requests
- Monitor Collections and Post Rental Payments
- Perform all aspects of property management
- Follow all company policies without fail
Compensation includes:
- Hourly Pay Rate - $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Personal Time Off (includes Sick) = 20 days per year
