- Answer phones, distribute calls, and take messages
- Provide general support to visitors
- Gather and verify intake information to assist Case Managers
- Process credit card and cash payments (in QuickBooks)
- Maintain organized records of client visits and payments
- Maintain records of calls, voicemails, and emails to ensure they are addressed
- Scan and file case documents and keep the file room organized
- Contact clients regarding communications received from USCIS or other governmental entities or to request information or documents
- Manage front lobby area and restroom to keep clean and organized at all times
- Notify office manager of supply or maintenance needs
- Assist, attend all off-site workshops and events
- Provide administrative support to Case Managers
- Complete Immigration applications under the direction of legal team.
- Other assignments and duties as requested/required by Senior Staff
Must be able to communicate with clients in both English and Spanish and both verbal and written communication.
Office hours: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday and Friday 8-12pm. And Wednesday and Saturday 8-12pm.
*Occasional events will be held outside these hours. Attendance to the occasional events is: REQUIRED!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
