We are seeking dynamic individuals who are sales hungry and wants do more than just selling but also those who are ready to impact in our community. Responsible for exceeding sales targets and maximizing the sales of our services and Business opportunities particularly in the Home Health and Hospice care fields.
Position Information:
We are seeking a proactive motivated salesperson who has a substantial amount of success in their current sales employment to bolster and multiply THEIR sales opportunities on a commission-based role. Take note that our commission set-up is Uncapped, with Unlimited opportunities for earning. The qualified candidate will represent the company by conveying expertise through laymen’s term about services and capabilities and establish a relationship with our patients and referral sources.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new referral sources, patients, developing new business, targeting key prospects, and retaining business.
- Cold call, lead management, make sales appointments, and follow up.
- Present, Educate and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and superior understanding and fulfillment of customer needs.
- Understand and comply with the sales system/program in place.
- Develop an annual sales strategy in conjunction with management and identify joint marketing opportunities where applicable.
- Keep current on new technology and developments in Healthcare
- Communicate effectively with management and production teams, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.
- Can do at least 8 successful client visits per day
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales is required, and experience Medical sales and Health Care services sales is a plus.
- A proven track record of closing on new business and retaining clients is required.
- Performance verification documents on previous sales experience will be required
- As it relates to onboarding prospects, the candidate must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must have initiative and be able to problem solve.
- Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. The person will receive a commission of $500 on the gross on each successful admission with bonuses. On the first 30 days.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
