First Coast Association Management, a leading property management company in Jacksonville, Florida, is hiring a full-time Licensed Community Association Manager to join our team.
The Community Association Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of communities to provide an agreed scope of services. The ideal candidate will have a background in HOA or Condominium property management, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and be able to effectively interact with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communities according to governing documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Proactive, clear, and timely communication with Board of Directors, vendors, and internal team members
- Financial acumen and competency preparing budgets, reviewing monthly financials, and approving vendor invoices.
- Attend and conduct Board and committee meetings in person or virtually.
- Perform regular site visits for inspections, meetings, and project oversight.
- Complete Board packets, management reports and other administrative duties as needed to support communities, applying internal processes for timely and accurate completion.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
- HOA or Condominium Property Management experience
- Working knowledge of community governing documents and rules
- Excellent people skills and proven ability to maintain working relationships with Boards, homeowners, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn different software technology.
- Self-starter and able to work independently without supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality
Licenses Required:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Florida Community Association License
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years HOA or Condominium Property Management experience

Pay: $57,500.00 - $67,500.00 per year
