About This Opportunity:
We are looking to add to our Financial Inventory team. In this role, you will work closely with senior analysts and other business partners to ensure our Financial Service and other gift card products are properly allocated for and are distributed to retails partners appropriately. Seasonal planning and analysis is a high priority. You will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple internal and external partners. You should be willing to create and mature relationships with key global partners.
Responsibilities:
Order Management:

Resolve backorders and publish resolution on a timely basis
-
Review pending / requested orders on a timely basis
-
Allocate / transfer sufficient product to allow justified orders to process & prevent back orders
-
Bring forward supply issues
Supply Planning
-
Use team tools (Excel, Power BI, and web applications) to effectively plan & manage inventory
-
Recommend orders
-
Analyze forecasts, sales and disposition requested orders
-
Analyze and bring forward forecast issues
-
Work with Production on warehouse ship to’s and future allocate product
-
Balance warehouse inventory and make transfer recommendations
-
Track and ensure sufficient inventory for approved initiatives
Demand Planning
-
Work with accounts and warehousing on upcoming initiatives and timing
-
Ensure demand plan appropriateness and accuracy
Data & Reporting
-
Perform analysis as needed and ensure requested AR loads are approved appropriately to POG and sales
-
Maintain data about relevant business processes to support inventory planning activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ inventory planning, supply planning, or demand planning experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
Strong analytical and system skills with exceptional attention to detail
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
-
Understanding of forecasting, replenishment and inventory management inputs and processes
-
Experience working with replenishment and inventory management for retail customers.

Ability to maintain a very high degree of accuracy in a manual and detailed work.

Ability to spot trends as well as inconsistencies and / or issues with data
-
Ability to manage expectations and handle concurrent requests on a timely basis

Strong Excel skills

Preferred Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI)

Ability to be flexible and respond positively to changing priorities

Experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams
