Paint Rx is currently hiring an administrative assistant. This is a full time position and the majority of the work will be performed at our office, however some work can be performed remotely. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, has strong communication skills, takes pride in what they do, and wants to be a part of a fast growing business with opportunity for advancement.
The job duties for this position include:
- Schedule inbound leads
- Handle incoming calls
- Perform follow up calls and emails
- Assist in production scheduling
- Manage social media platforms
- Create marketing and training documents as needed
- Various other administrative tasks as needed

The administrative assistant will report directly to the owner of Paint Rx but will be an integral part of the entire Paint Rx team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
